Any contribution, whether a one-time gift or a recurring donation, allows us the flexibility to direct funds where they are most needed to sustain and grow our programs. However, we also have specific opportunities which allow you to choose where you would like to help.

Enterprise Level

Sponsor a Student

(R2 000 per child/month)

This is a deeply personal way to make a direct impact. Your support covers the full cost of a child’s participation, including transport, food, and program activities. We can provide you with information on the specific child or children you sponsor, allowing you to follow their progress.

Learning Partner

(from R10 000/month)

As a learning partner, you’ll provide the backing for our students to get reliable academic support from a competent tutor. Another option is to sponsor our instructor training, which empowers young people from the program to become certified watersports instructors, creating employment opportunities and further increasing our capacity.

Equipment Partner

Our equipment is costly, and the more boats we have on the water, the more children we can help. As an equipment partner, we can tailor a sponsorship package to include the supply or refurbishment of various boats—from smaller Learn-to-Sail units and group training boats to safety boats, performance craft, or even our long-term goal: a 36-foot training yacht. Beyond the boats, we’re also in need of classroom equipment like desks and computers to expand our tutoring support.

Nutrition Partner

(R25 000/month)

As our nutrition partner, you’ll ensure that 40 students each receive two nutritious meals a day, fueling their bodies and minds so they can concentrate and thrive.

Note that full details of exactly how your donation will be put to use will be provided, as well as impact reporting throughout the sponsorship period.
